The cover of the Subject:Matter EP (due tomorrow) boasts “6 rap songs dealing with content no one has ever rapped about before in the history of rap music. Unfortunately not a difficult thing to do.” For example, the Wild Style subway ride groove of “The Miracle” seems to be about evaporation, alphabet soup, rainbows, David Blaine, and who knows what else.
