Fall of Troy Talk 'Manipulator' Tour

The Seattle-based wunderkinds drop into Spin HQ and offer stories and outline future plans.

Rolling into New York City amidst the band's tour opening for alt-rock heavyweights the Deftones, Seattle's post-hardcore rockers Fall of Troy take a few minutes to stop into Spin's Manhattan offices for a brief chat with SPIN.com's Emily Zemler. Gettin' comfortable and offering up playful, no-holds-barred banter, Fall of Troy's three youthful rockers chew the fat on their opening gig alongside praised rock idols the Deftones, the ups and downs of a lengthy nationwide outing, including the pleasures of New Orleans' Bourbon Street at 6 A.M. and the dangerous of being "jacked at gunpoint," respectively, and the trio's support of their latest record Manipulator: "tour and tour and tour."
