Minneapolis hip-hop ensemble Atmosphere, led by the relentless Slug, are back April 12 with a new album, The Family Sign — hear the first song, “She’s Enough,” right here!

Listen: Atmosphere, “She’s Enough”

Built atop a fuzzy organ loop and decidedly old school East Coast beats, the track is an oath of monogamous devotion, and features Slug (born Sean Daley) busting out compliment after compliment to his leading lady. “I’ll be right here, cuz she’s enough,” he raps on the chorus.

The theme of “family” runs through the entire album, and also on Atmosphere’s upcoming tour, dubbed the Family Tour, and featuring a host of acts from Slug’s Rhymesayers label, including Grieves, Blueprint, and others.

To promote the album and the tour, Atmosphere have filmed a series of videos featuring a therapist, Dr. Ralph Borka, analyzing the bandmembers and their relationship to each other. Watch the first episode below.
