Go ahead, crack a bottle -- Eminem's on top of the charts!

The rap megastar's first record in five years, Relapse, moved 608,000 copies last week, claiming the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 and racking up the biggest weekly sales total of the year for any album. It's the best seller since AC/DC's "Black Ice," which moved 784,000 copies last October.

Em has quite a bit to be proud of, as Relapse also marks Em's fifth straight No. 1 record. Overall, he has sold 34 million albums in the U.S., making him the biggest selling hip-hop act in the SoundScan era (1991-present).

Let's just hope the newly-sober star doesn't go all "3 A.M." on us while he's celebrating.

Actually, didn't U2's new album sell over 800,000 copies in its first week? That's what this article says.
