Lykke Li and the xx’s Romy Team Up to Haunt Emile Haynie’s ‘Come Find Me’

It seems nobody has an address book as deep and varied as producer Emile Haynie, who’s already wrangled famous friends Lana Del Rey, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Blood Orange, Brian Wilson, Sampha, and Miike Snow’s Andrew Wyatt for his upcoming album, We Fall. He’ll also include tracks with contributions from Father John Misty, Rufus Wainwright, Randy Newman, and Nate Ruess, but today, he’s dropped “Come Find Me,” which features — tired of the namedropping yet? — Lykke Li’s voice and the xx’s Romy Madley Croft intricate guitar work.

The production is lush and very reminiscent of Haynie’s work on Del Rey’s debut album, Born to Die, and Lykke Li’s layered vocals lend the cut an otherwordly burst of psychic energy. Stream it below, and check out We Fall on February 24.
