At a Pearl Jam show in Stockholm this past weekend, Eddie Vedder devised an imaginative way to one-up fans who were throwing their Converse sneakers onstage. Under a hail of high-tops, the grunge O.G. promised the audience, “I’m gonna do you one better.” The 49-year-old frontman then proceeded to pour and drink wine from a shoe that landed near him.
