London psych rock upstarts the Early Years -- guitarist/vocalist David Malkinson, guitarist Roger Macklin, and drummer Phil Raines -- have released a noisy, chiming gem with "All Ones & Zeros," the lead single off their self-titled debut (out Jan. 30 on Beggars Banquet). The hypnotic jam is as melodic as it is hazy, and it's grounded by a driving, deliberately paced guitar and punctuated with steam-train reverb.
