  • Drake's next album Take Care will be released on October 24. In the meantime, the Canadian rapper has released new music, a minimal, brooding track titled "Marvin's Room," which you can stream over at Pitchfork.

  • The Black Keys are suing a New York ad agency over unauthorized use of their track "Tighten Up" in an ad for a New Jersey bank. The group's label, Nonesuch, filed two federal suits last week, claming the firm Della Femina Rothschild Jeary & Partners "knowingly created and ran" a television spot without license. They are seeking unspecified damages "in proportion to the popularity of the song." [The Hollywood Reporter]

  • Dance-rock upstarts Friendly Fires hit up Kimmel last night to perform their blazing single "Blue Cassette," from their excellent second album Pala. Check it out below.

  • Flo Rida was arrested for DUI in Miami on Thursday. Police pulled the rapper over after they saw his car swerving in the road, and discovered his blood alcohol level was .185 - more than twice the legal limit. Flo Rida was also given a citation for driving with a suspended license. [TMZ]

  • Brooklyn psych-rockers Yeasayerdebuted a new song at a Toronto gig on Tuesday. Check out the terse, new wave-style jam "Henrietta." The band's current tour with the Smith Westerns wraps on June 18 in New York City.
