Dr. Dre Confirms ‘Detox’ Collaborators

Seminal SoCal emcee, Aftermath Entertainment CEO, and production mastermind Dr. Dre has confirmed 50 Cent, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, and Nas, among others, as collaborators on his forthcoming solo album Detox, tentatively set to drop in September, Music-News.com reports. Furthermore, Busta Rhymes, Xzibit, Mary J. Blige, and Nate Dogg have been cited as contributors as well as the Game, MC Ren, and Ice Cube.

“I’m trying to get everybody that I’ve ever worked with over the years to appear on the records,” Dre told Los Angeles radio station Power 106 during an on-air interview. In addition, Dre, who is infamous for discovering blossoming rappers, sang the praises of newcomers Bishop Lamont and Slim the Mobster, who will also appear on the album.
