When Shaun Fleming isn’t drumming for Foxygen, he’s building a solo body of work as Diane Coffee. Last year, the psych-pop specialist released Diane Coffee’s debut full-length, the “Tale of a Dead Dog”-featuring My Friend Fish. Now, Fleming has returned with a non-album one-off track — a cover of Washed Out’s “Amor Fati,” a pillowy highlight from Ernest Greene’s 2011 LP Within and Without. To hear a chillwave classic remade as a flower-child daydream, stream the tribute below.
