Destruction Unit Delivers Brash Noise-Punk on ‘Dust’

Destruction Unit

With a new track as part of the next installment of Adult Swim Singles, Arizona noise-punk outfit Destruction Unit will be debuting their first new music since the release of last year’s Deep Trip. The quintet’s contribution is entitled “Dust,” a panicked track heavy on brash drums and distorted vocals that evokes a twisted image of cowboys on acid, sprinting through the desert in a paranoid race to their death. “I don’t like what I see,” complains singer Ryan Rousseau, as he struggles to push these images out of his head.

Stream “Dust” below and check out the rest of the Adult Swim Singles free-download project, which features Mastadon, Future, and more.
