Damon Albarn's SPIN Essential solo debut, Everyday Robots, dropped a couple of weeks ago and today he's shared a sunny video for "Mr. Tembo," one of the record's cheerier cuts. In the clip, directed by Giorgio Testi (who also helmed a recent Savages video), Albarn and his new band the Heavy Seas set up camp in London's Pentecostal City Mission Church where they perform a rousing version of the song alongside a TV screen showing footage of the real Mr. Tembo, an orphaned elephant who inspired the song. The darker sides of the record aren't anywhere in sight, just Albarn, an elephant, a band, and a church choir.
