Electronica duo the Crystal Method have partnered with Nike and Apple to create a 45-minute original workout mix for the NikePlus system, a new initiative that has the sport apparel monolith partnering with Apple (read more). The Crystal Method's Drive, available on June 28 via iTunes for $9.99, follows the arc of a typical distance run, taking you through an easy warm-up, increasing the tempo as you get into your running groove, peaking at a high-energy pace, and then coming back down for a final cool-down. "We've been Mac users for almost 20 years, so making Drive was like a dream project for us," the group's Ken Jordan told SPIN.com. "Nike Plus is such a cool use of technology and even if you don't run or workout, Drive is an awesome new release for us."
