Following a bout of silence that no doubt included much surreptitious spell-casting, ††† (Crosses) are back with a series of remixes that reimagine the witchy, ominous electronica found on the trio’s eponymous February album. The Los Angeles-based group is, of course, Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno, Far guitarist Shaun Lopez, and a fella named Chuck Doom. Yesterday, Pure Volume rolled out Blaqk Audio’s industrial take on “†elepa†hy” (remember that bizarre video?) and now we’ve got a dark dance version courtesy of L.A. indie-pop brooders DWNTWN.
