Courtney Love Sues YouTube ‘Hacker’ Behind Alleged Nirvana Song, ‘Flaccid Bone’

Courtney Love

Courtney Love has filed a lawsuit against the supposed “fabricator” of a so-called Nirvana track called “Flaccid Bone” that surfaced last month. At the time, the person behind the recording said he had “hacked” the track from Love, saying, “She said this came from the early 90’s recording sessions. Supposedly Kurt hated it, and canned it. I mean no disrespect to Kurt, but this is coming out eventually. He hated several of his songs anyway!” Anyway, Consequence of Sound reports that not only has Love called BS on “Flaccid Bone” and called it a fabrication, but she maintains that it was never even hers to begin with. As you might already be aware, Love is partial owner of Kurt Cobain’s music rights, and is currently working with officials to find the song’s “hacker.” Hear “Flaccid Bone” below.
