The sun is shining, the clouds are puffy, and Courtney Love is back in rehab. All is right with the world. This time around though, a judge says Ms. Love is “progressing well” with her treatment, according to the L.A. Daily News. Courtney is currently in court-ordered rehab stemming from a 2003 incident when she tried to break into an ex-boyfriend’s apartment “under the influence.” If she completes the year-long course of rehabilitation, the attempted break-in charges will be erased from her somewhat crowded record. The judge’s comments came only two days after Love reportedly complained of dizziness at a Hollywood party and was taken to a hospital.
