Courtney Love has posed for the cover of photographer David LaChapelle's new book, Heaven and Hell (out Nov. 30), in a pose that might strike a chord with some Nirvana fans. In the image, Love strikes a Virgin Mary-like pose while cradling a doppelganger of her late husband, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. Meanwhile, a baby -- presumably the pair's daughter, Frances Bean -- uses alphabet blocks to spell out the title of LaChapelle's book. The photo book also features images of the photographer's bikini-clad muse Pamela Anderson in an electric blue "Miracle Tan" booth, an open-mouthed Angelina Jolie, Kanye West in his crown of thorns, and famed transsexual Amanda Lepore clutching a handful of fluorescent light bulbs, among others.
