After a busy 2008 packed full of nasty breakups, exhaustive reunion tours, and totally weird music videos, Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland doesn't seem to be slowing down in 2009, as he kicked off the year with a lengthy tour behind his latest solo album, "Happy" in Galoshes.
