For their new “I’m Not Part of Me,” Cloud Nothings enlist a quartet of young women to do all the stereotypical activities you’d find at a slumber party, like taking selfies, painting toenails, and drinking a weird substance that turns their eyes completely black. Okay, well, maybe that last one isn’t so typical, but that’s one of several odd turns this Ryan Manning-directed clip takes. The video’s premiere coincides with the release of the Cleveland trio’s excellent angsty fourth album, Here and Nowhere Else.
