Chance the Rapper’s ‘I Am Very Very Lonely’ Video Features Artful Dry-Humping

Chance the Rapper 'I Am Very Very Lonely' Video

Back in April, Chance the Rapper showed off his sadder side on “I Am Very Very Lonely,” crooning about hanging with only cockroaches, eating cold pizza, and trying to find something, anything, to watch on TV. It was an uncharacteristic downer from the Acid Rap MC, who was all smiles when we saw him at Governors Ball. Anyway, the song was released without any indication of whether or not it would appear on a mixtape or a new album, but thanks to a new teaser video for the track, we know that Chance is up to something.

The minute-long clip features a couple silhouetted against a purple background, doing a bit of bump and grind with their clothes on. It ends with a cryptic message: “I’m coming over. August 3.” According to the video’s description, that’s the same day that Chance will play Lollapalooza, a performance that can be streamed via Red Bull. That seems like an awfully complex way to tease a festival set, so perhaps the Chicago native has something bigger planned that day. Watch the clip above and feel free to guess what Chance is up to.
