It seems like Calvin Harris’ Motion might’ve sprung a leak, if today’s crop of new album tracks are any indication. The newest cut, “Pray to God,” improbably features former SPIN cover stars Haim doing their best to drown out the Scottish producer’s heavy instrumentation.
“I won’t hold back / I will throw down everything in life I know now,” the women sing atop the cookie-cutter production, though it’s definitely a bit more guitar-heavy than Harris’ usual tracks. More than anything, it sounds like a Days Are Gone deep cut given the remix treatment, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Stream it below.
