Calling All Students: Create a Music Video for Thom Yorke

News

In conjunction with the D&AD Global Student Awards 2007, Thom Yorke has requested video submissions for "The Clock," a track reflecting on the deteriorating environment that's fresh off Yorke's solo release, The Eraser.

NME reports that the Global Student Awards 2007, now in its 29th year, has recently added a music video category and seeks to uncover future creative talents through the submission of videos. Students' clips for "The Clock," which can be submitted on CD or DVD, must be entered by March 23, at which point a panel of industry professionals will chose a winner. The winner obtains the prestigious D&AD Student Yellow Pencil award and will have his/her video screened at the D&AD Student Annual.
