SPIN's October issue is also arriving with two additional covers: Newsstand customers get an amazing photo of the band, taken by Rankin, while subscriber copies have an illustration of Pearl Jam on the cover, commissioned exclusively from Tom Tomorrow, the artist who crafted Backspacer's cover art! Every October issue also includes a special pull-out poster of the Tom Tomorrow illustration.
The Pearl Jam issue also includes features on Monsters of Folk, the 2 Tone ska scene, breakout band Girls, and much, much more.
Starting Monday, September 28, the special edition will be available for sale to international readers!

I ordered my copy on October 2 and I still haven't received it. I emailed them a week ago asking what is the status of my order and received no answer!
DO NOT BUY THIS MAGAZINE IT'S A RIP-OFF!

Well lucky for all of us you apparently aren't waaay too good for stuff like this, but then again, you really aren't important enough to be able to "tank".
I am however a little confused though, as to why a millionaire would need to do anything more for a buck than he already did to become a millionaire in the first place....
The only fake I hear around here is the one spouting off about nothing from mommy and daddy's basement.

this needs to be a poster - it can be then hung in the hall and my children will get daily lessons in how to evolve into a musical being that appreciates the brilliance of poets like pearl jam ... unlike above anon ....

people like you are the reason i am glad your not a fan of the band. someone with such little brain activity could not possibly understand the politics and devotion of such a band that truly gives a damn about their fans. MAYBE that is why they are still around. They are always making an effort to assure their fans are not getting ripped of my corporate assholes and probably people like you (driven by anger and everything George W. stood for, which is why you would post such a ridiculous comment on the Internet to begin with.) If you don't like this influential and truly dedicated band go back to listening to all the other mainstream bands that are forcefully shoved in our ears day in and day out by media and corporations TELLING us what IS good music instead of SHOWING us what IS good music. And if this is to hard for you to understand of you need to get a dictionary, don't bother to get one because it can all be summed up into one brief phrase the even the smallest of minds can comprehend.....F**K off.
