London rock band Bush might’ve just revolutionized the whole music video game. Their latest one for “The Only Way Out,” off their upcoming sixth studio album, is really just half a video played twice. The first part is played in reverse while Bush somberly rocks out. Frontman Gavin Rossdale runs backwards, having apparently stolen a TV with his singing face on it. The video goes back in time as Rossdale moonwalks into a hospital hallway and onto a gurney. Suddenly — plot twist! — the second half of the video is just the first half played normally, and Rossdale runs back to where the video started. It’s so cost-effective!
You can pre-order Bush’s newest album, Man on the Run, on iTunes. It’s set for an October 21 release.
