It's been a big year for Fullerton, California's Burger Records, the little Orange County cassette label that could. The punk- and garage-oriented imprint has been pumping out the fuzz-blasted jams since 2007, but they've been unstoppable since the rise of King Tuff, whose long-lost Was Dead album got a proper reissue from Burger (its original home) this year. Since, we've heard from the Memories, Cherry Glazerr, Natural Child, Burnt Ones, Curtis Harding, Sauna, and so many more fresh-faced bands with promise. But Burger has one more gift to give.

Below is a 65-song, nearly three-hour set of holiday songs, ranging from chiptune remixes of Christmas favorites (Jib Kidder's "Jingle Bells") to experimental dance goofs (Wax Witches' "Santa's on the Drugs He's Got the Xmas Buzz") to lo-fi ax-wagglers (Todayshits' "Bulbs of Green Bulbs of Red") to surf-bomp bubblers (the Hollyberries' "(I Wanna Go) Surfin' With Santa") to at least one straight-faced soft-rock holiday classic-to-be. That last one: Explorers Club's "Christmas Must Be Tonight," which features the line, "Come on down to the manger, see the little stranger."

Perhaps most surprising is the presence of Cornershop, who round top the list of better-known names involved: the Muffs, Shannon and the Clams, the Blank Tapes, Blag Dahlia of the Dwarves, R. Stevie Moore, and Dressy Bessy to name a few.
