Back in February, Brazos shared the stop-motion video for "How the Ranks Was Won," a sea-faring, time-traveling clip written and directed by main brain Martin Crane. Now the thought-pop mastermind has crafted another inventive short, this one for "Long Shot," the closing track off the Brooklyn trio's recently released Saltwater LP. The inky video cycles through a series of spare paintings (black-and-white images of people, animals, and the moon), which Crane made using a Chinese calligraphy brush and stitched together to animate.
Brazos are currently touring the U.S. and have shows booked in Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, and New York. Watch "Long Shot" above and find dates below.
