Brandon Flowers is killing it as a solo artist. The Killers frontman just released a very literary music video for his new single, “Can’t Deny My Love,” and the professional-looking short appears to follow the plot of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s 1835 short story Young Goodman Brown. Flowers stars as a puritan settler who leaves his village and his wife, played by Evan Rachel Wood, to brave the woods, and the creepy cult that lurks within. Watch the video above, and look for his sophomore solo album, The Desired Effect, on May 19.
