Minus the Bear are the archetypal crossover band for Bonnaroo, an outfit with indie cred whose sound is expansive, vast, and, frankly, acid-washed enough to woo the festival's jam band-loving contingency. The band stretched out tracks like "Dr. L'ling" and "Ice Monster" from last year's Planet of Ice, drawing unfamiliar passersby into That Tent then rewarding them handsomely for their curiosity.
