The Black Keys, Jack White, the Shins, Iggy and the Stooges, and many more played the Texas fest
Austin music had a big weekend. For TV viewers, there was Bon Iver's previously previewed episode of PBS' Austin City Limits, just a week after Radiohead's turn on the show aired. You can watch the first 20 minutes above, and the rest over at PBS' website. You can see the setlist, which included such well-known Bon Iver songs as "Holocene" and "Skinny Love," here.
Of course, Austin's Zilker Park was also packed with actually live music this weekend, with the return of the sold-out Austin City Limits Festival. Fans who couldn't make it to Texas could watch at least 39 sets live online. Yes, there's brief crowd footage (via Rolling Stone) of Girl With the Dragon Tattoo actress Rooney Mara joining Atlanta garage-psych mischief-makers the Black Lips live on stage, and you can watch that below. But there's also the festival's own footage of highlights from the Black Keys, the Shins, Jack White, Tegan and Sara, and more, some of which is also below. And while it lasts, Yardie has a stream of the Roots' full set, which you can watch here.
