Billy Joel has returned in fine form. He’s playing Madison Square Garden every month this year, prepping the Showtime documentary A Matter of Trust – The Bridge to Russia, and now, making excellent viral videos with Jimmy Fallon. Last night on The Tonight Show, the host whipped out an iPad and recorded their voices on the Loopy App. The two created a four-part harmony and then sung a duet of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” The results are fantastic. Naturally, Fallon has a tough time keeping it together, but Joel puts in a stoic vocal performance like the seasoned veteran he is.
