B.I.G. Reward Offered for Leads on Murder Case

News

Sure, it's been almost a decade since Notorious B.I.G. was murdered, but a Los Angeles city councilman hopes that a new reward of $50,00 for leads in his unsolved murder will help crack the case.

Councilman Dennis Zine said he proposed the offer because he is "hopeful that someone will come forward with information which will lead to the eventual apprehension of the murderers involved in this case," according to The Associated Press.

The motion, which would expire after 60 days and would double the reward offered from a 1997 measure, is under review by a council committee.
