In just 61 short seconds, Best Coast frontwoman Bethany Consentino stoked the fires of anticipation when she announced on YouTube today that she and fellow Bestie Bobb Bruno will head into the studio on February 11 to begin work on a new EP. The SPIN cover girl said the new material will be produced by her "friend Wally" — not Maybach Music member Wale, right? — in Los Angeles. That's about it for details at the moment, except that the writing for The Only Place follow-up took place in Consentino's bedroom and that she promises to keep us all posted via Instagram and Twitter. We guess that's just her deal.
