Three weeks after stirring interest with the announcement of headliners Radiohead, Tom Petty, and Jack Johnson, officials for San Francisco's inaugural Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival, a three-day event slated to hit Golden Gate Park Aug. 22-24, have finally unveiled the complete bill -- and it's pretty stellar.

Beck, Wilco, Broken Social Scene, Devendra Banhart, Cold War Kids, M. Ward, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Black Mountain, Regina Spektor, Andrew Bird, Two Gallants, and Bon Iver highlight a bill featuring hip-hop newcomers the Cool Kids, as well as the likes of Ben Harper, Widespread Panic, Manu Chao, and Galactic.

Primus, Lyrics Born, Steel Pulse, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Drive-By Truckers, Little Brother, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Donavon Frankenreiter, the Mother Hips, Nellie McKay, the Coup, and the Felice Brothers will also perform.
