Band of Skulls Cover Neil Young!

Video

Neil Young is one of rock's most influential songwriters. This fact isn't lost on Band of Skulls, an up-and-coming Brit power trio known for their hard-hitting electric sound, who stripped down backstage at Lollapalooza this August for an acoustic cover of Young's "Don’t Let It Bring You Down." Watch video below.

The trio share vocal duties on their rendition of the song, originally released on Young's benchmark 1970 solo release, After the Gold Rush.

Check out other great acoustic performances, including Carney covering Queen, Amazing Baby playing the dBs, and thenewno2 reinterpreting Thom Yorke.
