Fresh on the heels of cruising across Europe with old pals and musical cronies Fall Out Boy, as well as label mates Cobra Starship, the Academy Is…, and Gym Class Heroes, Panic! At the Disco‘s Spencer Smith and Ryan Ross kick back in Seattle with SPIN.com’s Peter Gaston just before their headlining set on Bumbershoot’s opening night, Friday Sept. 1. Taking a few minutes to discuss the facets of touring with Fall Out Boy for the first time in over one and a half years, the two wunderkinds, under a hail of main stage bass courtesy of Schoolyard Heroes, touch on their forthcoming record, which the Las Vegas-based quartet is currently wrapping up in hometown studio, the Palms.
