  • Arcade Fire won big at Canada's Juno Awards ceremony Saturday night in Toronto, scoring gongs for Best Album of the Year for Suburbs, as well asGroup Of The Year, Best Alternative Album Of The Year, and Songwriter Of The Year. Neil Young was awarded for Artist of the Year. Drake, a Toronto native who hosted the ceremony, was nominated in six categories, but didn't win in any. [Spinner]

  • Beastie Boys, Beck, Bat for Lashes, Jack White, and others will release 7-inch vinyl singles to honor Record Store Day on April 16. The Beasties' track, "Make Some Noise," is from the trio's long-awaited album Hot Sauce Committee Pt 2, while Beck and Bat for Lashes will drop their Twilight duet, "Let's Get Lost." [NME]

  • With their new album, Angles, New York City quintet the Strokes have landed in the No. 3 position on the U.K. album charts, just behind Adele, whose latest album, 21, has held the No. 1 spot for nine weeks in a row, shattering the record previously held by Madonna's 1990 release The Immaculate Collection. Adele's first album, 2008's 19, has even snuck up to the No. 2 spot. [NME]

  • BET host and radio DJ Megatron was found dead Sunday morning in New York City borough of Staten Island. The 32-year-old, born Corey McGriff, was reportedly shot and killed while walking to the store near his home. No arrests have been made. [E! Online]

  • Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Warren G, and thousands of other friends and family said their last goodbyes to Nate Dogg on Saturday, during a funeral for the fallen SoCal hip-hop icon in his hometown of Long Beach, CA. Game, DJ Quik, Mack-10 and WC, DJ Pooh, Battlecat and others were also on hand to pay their respects. [MTV News]

  • Electronic vets Depeche Mode will release a new remix album, Remixes 2: 81-11, in early June. The album — the follow-up to their 2004 remix release, Remixes 81-04 — features remixes from UNKLE, Peter Bjorn and John, M83, and Röyksopp. [NME]
