  • Anthrax are nearing completion of their new album Worship Music, which will feature the return of singer Joey Belladonna, who rejoined the group after leaving in 1992. “This record is probably the most emotional record that we’ve ever had to make,” drummer Charlie Benante said. [SoundSpike]

  • Cirque du Soleil and Michael Jackson‘s estate are planning to recreate the pop icon’s Neverland Ranch in Las Vegas. The museum — which will feature an “interactive memorabilia museum” along with objects from Jackson’s home — will be housed at Mandalay Bay and will open in 2013. [Billboard]

  • My Morning Jacket, Julian Casablancas, Fiona Apple, Modest Mouse, Florence and the Machine, and other top artists have contributed cover songs to a Buddy Holly tribute album, due out June 28.   • After releasing his first new solo track for a Japanese sci-fi movie last year, Steven Tyler will release a second single, titled “(It) Feels So Good,” on May 9. The Aerosmith frontman has also shot a video for the song, which will reportedly premiere on American Idol. [NME]

  • New York’s Museum of Arts and Design will pay tribute to David Bowie with an exhibition starting on May 9. The showing is a “multi-platform retrospective reframing Bowie’s daring, multi-discipline career” and will feature film screenings of classic Bowie movies like 1976’s The Man Who Fell to Earth. [NME]
