AlunaGeorge, Like, Totally Channel the '90s in New 'You Know You Like It' Video

R&Beats duo to drop "Bad Touch"-backed single June 28

AlunaGeorge continue to artfully tap '90s R&B nostalgia in the new clip for the impossibly sticky "You Know You Like It," abstracting MTV's glory days into a visual melange of era-specific signposts. The British duo Aluna Francis and George Reid are seen with company busting vintage music-video moves in an empty swimming pool, offering a subtly glamorized twist on reality. In this world, there are only wide smiles, synchronized dances, and costume changes — and notably, no annoying janitor-type interrupting the fun. It's all a bit more exciting than the black-and-white clip for the same song, which they released in 2011 before Island Records came calling. Last week we learned that this redone version of You Know You Like It will be out July 28 backed by the new track "Bad Touch". Unfortunately, the duo's debut album Body Music has been pushed back and is now set for a July 29 unveiling. We're still raptly awaiting.
