50 Cent Recruits Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Eminem for ‘Curtis’

Vehicular hazard and notorious bullet magnet 50 Cent, a.k.a. Curtis Jackson, has tapped Dr. Dre, Timbaland, and Eminem to produce Curtis, the rapper’s third album to date, out June 26 via Shady/Aftermath/Interscope. As the follow up to 2005’s The Massacre, the new effort will showcase guest performances from Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Akon, and Mary J. Blige as well as collaborations with R&B vocalist Robin Thicke and the Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger. Curtis‘ first single, “Straight to the Bank,” is currently receiving heavy rotation on hip-hop’s radio waves nationwide. An album tracklisting has yet-to-be announced.
