Phish are currently midway through 13 nights at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, each of which is themed for a flavor of doughnut and features some corresponding song selections. Tuesday night was “jam-filled”—isn’t that every Phish show, haha—but last night’s doughnut flavor was “powdered,” which is a little trickier to imagine in song. Phish’s interpretation: Opening the show with a cover of Fleet Foxes‘ “White Winter Hymnal,” and closing with a final encore of Neil Young‘s “Powderfinger.” Watch their acapella rendition of Fleet Foxes below.
