Chris Cornell’s death has been ruled a suicide by hanging by the Wayne County medical examiner, the Associated Press reports. The Soundgarden frontman was pronounced dead early this morning after police found him on the floor of his hotel room’s bathroom “with a band around his neck.” He was 52.
