Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm” finally worked its way from the disco balls to streaming services last night. The single features vocals from Bob Marley’s grandson Skip, production from pop legend Max Martin, and writing from Sia. Although Perry floats on this one, “Chained to the Rhythm” is another display of Martin’s mastery.
