An Illinois court has ruled against the Game in a sexual assault case which stemmed from a 2015 incident on the set of his Bachelor-like reality show She’s Got Game, TMZ reports.

According to court documents obtained by Pitchfork, contestant Priscilla Rainey accused the Game, who has a history of disorderly conduct and assault charges, of groping her against her will, and that he was “out of control” and drunk at the time. The Game’s defense cited the fact that Rainey had worked as a prostitute and spent time in a mental institution in an attempt to discredit her account.

Rainey had sued the Game for $10 million, and, according to TMZ’s report, the judge ordered him to pay $7.13 in a judgement entered late last week.
