Oh right, Zeds Dead put Rivers Cuomo and Pusha T on an EDM pop song together. The new video for “Too Young” doesn’t feature King Push and the Weezer frontman in the flesh, which would have been something. Instead, it stars a colorful collection of claymation figurines wearing tiny little doll clothes and doll snapbacks.
All of these little clay people are glued to their smartphones, ignoring things like violence and poverty because they’re too busy taking pictures for “Fakebook.” Sure, the moralizing is a little heavy-handed, but importantly: Zeds Dead is a secret Yo La Tengo fan. Watch below.
