Radiohead’s New “Present Tense” Video Is Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson

Radiohead have a new clip for “Present Tense,” one of the prettier songs off their very pretty A Moon Shaped Pool LP. It’s directed by Paul Thomas Anderson (There Will Be BloodBoogie Nights), his second video for the album following “Daydreaming.” It’s a live video, sort of: Instead of the album version, it features Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood playing a stripped-down take while accompanied by a drum machine. Thom looks sort of buff, Jonny looks dreamy, and the whole thing is very pleasant and sweet. Watch below.
