Thundercat and Hannibal Buress are known frequenters of Eric Andre’s absurdist cosmos, and their friendship has produced yet another oddity. In a new clip from The Eric Andre Show, the deranged host pitted Thundercat and a robot version of Buress against each other in a “bass-off.” Thundercat is a super talented bassist; Robot Buress isn’t sentient and can’t play bass.
