The Avalanches are still riding out the thrill of their long-awaited follow-up to 2000’s Since I Left You. One of the tracks on Wildflower, “Subways,” now has an accompanying video. Created by French illustrators Mrzyk & Moriceau, the animated clip features a cavalcade of characters taking New York City mass transit, but the key difference is that some characters are flowers, walking bananas (who get chopped in half when the subway doors close), middle-finger-giving cats, dogs with giant boobs, and more.
