The countdown to the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards is in full swing. Yesterday we learned that Britney Spears would be performing at the VMAs for the first time since 2007, and today another performer has been announced. Nick Jonas and Ty Dolla $ign will take the stage to perform Jonas’ Last Year Was Complicated single “Bacon.”
This will be Jonas’ first year performing on the VMA main stage as a solo artist. He memorably played “Levels” at the 2015 VMAs pre-show last year. The 2016 MTV VMAs will air live from New York’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday, August 28 at 9 p.m. ET. Check out the full list of nominees here.
