Real Estate might not be performing with guitarist Matt Mondanile anymore (he left to focus on his Ducktails project back in May), but the indie-rock favorites are still chugging ahead, with rumors of a new album — the follow-up to 2014’s Atlas — coming in early 2017. Now, the group has announced a string of fall tour dates with their newest member, Julian Lynch; the upcoming dates will also feature performances by EZTV, the National, Blitzen Trapper, and more.
