On Thursday, synth-pop Scots CHVRCHES debuted a remixed version of their song “Bury It” on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, featuring Hayley Williams of Paramore. Williams’ guest appearance on the track wasn’t a huge surprise, since she and CHVRCHES frontwoman Lauren Mayberry had already sung it as a duet in Nashville last year. What what we didn’t know is that Williams would turn up at CHVRCHES’ Bonnaroo set yesterday for another bouncy, energetic rendition.
